Yes! Every seller and every product must pass our curated OBX-only criteria. No resellers. No mass imports. No yard-sale clutter.

How is payment handled?

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment systems in the world. Your information is protected with industry-standard encryption.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes — many vendors offer local pickup or vendor pickup. You’ll see available options when viewing each item.

What if I need to return an item?

Returns are handled directly between you and the vendor. Each seller sets their own return policy, please reach out to the vendor directly. If a seller is unresponsive, ShopLocalOBX will attempt to assist.

Do you offer gift cards? Gift cards are coming soon!

Can I shop from multiple vendors in one checkout? Yes! You can add items from different vendors to one cart and pay once. Each vendor fulfills their own items separately.

Can I trust the sellers? Yes. Every seller is verified, and every listing is reviewed before it goes live. Our curated approach ensures that the marketplace remains high-quality and authentically OBX.
